Phone pics

So many pictures are taken from my phone and I don't always blog them.  Here are some phone pics from the last 2 months.
Sterling was student of the month.
I was released from my calling as cubscout leader and placed as the primary pianist.  Although I LOVE my new calling, I will miss these fun boys.

Sterling earned his bobcat.  I got to paint his face.

This is what Deacon does.  If he's not crawling on you, using you as a jungle gym, then he's doing something else to keep you on your toes.

We have gotten a lot of nice rain lately!  In this picture, we (Deacon and I) were eating lunch with Denver at Zpizza and it started hailing.

Caramel apple time!  They were delicious.

Denver had a sedation conference in Scottsdale so the whole family went.  We went to Studio Movie grill, tons of fun and then took family pictures.   Here are the kids, waiting for their food and the show.

While in Scottsdale, we decided to swim in the heated pool.  Although the pool was warm'ish' (too cold for me), getting out was freezing!!!

We are having a baby!  #6 due in May 2016.
Maelie's school put on a nice production for Veteran's Day.  Denver was invited, along with the other veterans and active duty military men, to be honored, followed by a light breakfast.  It was a great morning.

October, including Halloween pics

Maelie's Fall concert.   Always an adventure with 4 boys.  Deacon is strapped into the stroller, the only way to keep him contained.

On October 9th, Colson turned 6!  He wanted a shark cake.  This is what he got.  He thought it was soooo awesome!!!  Haha.  I love it when they're easy to please.

For his birthday dinner he chose pretzels with cheese and for the veggie-corn. A yellow meal.

Denver refinished our table.  It was white and chipping.  It was such a booger.  There were times we were about to chuck it, but then the thought of buying a new table stopped us and he kept working.  It looks really great!  However, it truly is falling apart and won't make it through another refinishing if it ever needs it and it can no longer be closed to make it smaller.  That part is now broken.  But, we like it!

Halloween 2015   We had a trunk or treat on the Friday the 30th and then went trick or treating on Saturday the 31st.  Maelie: witch, Garrett: ninja  Sterling: Iron man  Colson: Iron man (they look like they could be twins here, same costume type and same size.)  Deacon:  Police man (swat team)

The kids had a really good time.  The 3 younger ones were super tired and ready to stop after our neighborhood.  The older ones could've gone forever, but we ended and let them enjoy eating some candy.
