Halloween FHE
For Family home evening we decorated and carved pumpkins. Maelie's pumpkin half (each got to decorate half of the pumpkin).
Garrett's pumpkin half
While the kids were decorating their pumpkins, dad was carving his, and mom and Sterling were decorating the house with black cats, pumpkins, and ghosts.
We placed the 2 pumpkins on the door step.
Carving pumpkins and decorating the house for FHE is a tradition that we started since Maelie was born. We love this Halloween tradition.

I can't believe he's already one! 
A few things about this boy:
He smiles ALL the time. even, if I wake him up in the middle of the night, he smiles at me. He loves to eat anything and everything. He follows his brothers and sister around all day, even when they pick on him, he has 5 teeth, when music is playing he dances, he takes good naps, and he's a cuddler :)
For his birthday, we headed to a park on base to celebrate. We got some pizza and soda to eat and drink.

This first birthday was Colson's first time for sugar. He loved his cake, but wasn't too sure about the ice cream. Too cold.
Look at what he saving for later on his neck. Yuck! He was very hard to clean up at the park, without a bathtub.
After the celebration the kids played.
And Colson played with his favorite present. A Thomas train
