Halloween, family pictures and misc. October things

One of our Halloween Traditions is carving pumpkins. The kids get to paint them instead.  Don't trust them all with a sharp knife yet.  Colson wasn't so sure of the goop inside.

Oooh, gross.

My carved pumpkin and Denver's.

In October we got our first snow!  The first time wasn't alot, but the kids hadn't seen snow for 2 years so they were way excited.  They got on all their gear to go outside and play.

Halloween!  We had a few parties to go to.  And of course, trick or treating was fun too.  The weather
was really good that evening.

We had a tri-ward Super Saturday. Here are the crafts that I chose to make.  A wooden block nativity.

There were multiple styles of pillows. I chose BElieve THEre is GOOD in the world.

I also made this candy jar.

Family picture time.  We got out our trusty camera and tripod and went to Garden of the Gods. Here is a view of some of the poses:

Maelie and Garrett and Sterling had new pictures on the wall from their school picture day, but I didn't have updated ones of Colson or Deacon, so here are those too.
