A law officer in Philly

Well, I've heard about this happening, but I finally witnessed it just the other day. I was driving behind a police officer when all of a sudden we came to a red light. The police man stopped and then suddenly turned on his lights and went through the red light. About 50 yards after the red light, he turned them off and continued on his (or her)merry way. The light turned green for me so off I went, still in view was the protector of law. Again he came to another red light, but this time, instead of stopping first, turned on his lights and went through yet another red light. Once through the light, he turned his lights off and continued at a normal speed (not emergency speed). After I picked my jaw back up I proceeded on through the NOW green light. Isn't it wonderful that we have such law abiding enforcers of the law?

It is crazy huh! Once I slowed down to stop for a light and when I looked in my rear view mirror I saw a police car heading FULL speed at me...he slammed his breaks on, skidding and had to turn his car sideways to not hit me!!!

Holy Cow! I would have a fit if I actually witnessed that! I can't stand regular people who don't obey traffic laws, much less cops!

i would complain! I've had my fill of police officers in Philly! I should have written down the police officers name who told me I was stupid because I was from Utah--he was very rude and I was too nervous to get his name.--otherwise, I would have turned him in.
